Birthay Party Details

Iron Horse Skateway is happy to have a Birthday Celebration with you! We do have a few requests and rules to follow to make both our worlds as stress free as possible. Help us keep our facility in tip top condition so we can keep our affordable prices and continue to have a safe fun place for our kiddos to have a great time!


1. Guests are anyone you are inviting to your Childs party. That includes relatives.  The parents of your younger guests are welcome free of charge. If they decide to skate they will then be charged admission and skate rentals. If you do not want to pay for your adult guests, please make that know to the admissions office. Our Party room only fits about 20 guests. If your party is bigger than expected or you have an excess of adult guests you may be asked to pay a fee for the reserved general seating area.


2. Cake, Food and Drinks! Oh My!  If your plan allows food, drinks and cake, PLEASE take care that if there are spills or food on the floor. Our skates are very important to us and if they get dirty they will break or track the mess onto our skate floor, making it a hazard for everyone skating. If you need help cleaning up a spill notify the staff ASAP. Please DO NOT skate around eating or drinking.  It will make a mess but more importantly it is a choking hazard, if you trip and fall! Find a table or seat and consume your treat there.


3. Your party room, reserved general seating or private building rental, MUST be cleaned and picked up 15 minutes before the end of your session. We book parties back to back and our staff needs to clean THE WHOLE building between sessions. It is best to wrap up your eating, cake and gifts within the first hour and a half, to ensure that you have time to pick up and enjoy your parties last few songs.

Yellow Includes: Seating for 10 guests, Skate Rentals, Paper Products, one 2-liter of Soda and one Free skate pass for the Birthday person.  You may bring in your own cake or cupcakes.

Blue Party Plan $200

Private Building Rental: starting at $250

Green Party Plan $180

Blue Includes: Private Birthday Room for 10 guests, Skate Rental, Soda, Paper products (plates, utensil and napkins), 2 large pizzas and a Free Birthday Pass. You may bring in your own cake or cupcakes.

If you have a large party with 20 or more guests, this is the plan for you!

You can rent out our whole facility for $250 for two hours! You bring in your own food and drinks (no alcohol), choose your type of music, and only pay for Skate or Rollerblade rentals! 

$3 skate rentals/person

$5 rollerblade rentals/person

Saturday 11-1pm

Sunday 11-1 or 4:30-6:30

Toddler Private Birthday Party $300

Inviting a lot of Toddlers to your private party? Think about this instead! Toddler bouncy house, ride on toys, dolls, blocks, and cars! Lots to keep any toddler busy and have a great time.  Older kids and adults can skate on the empty half of the skate floor. Please note that this party plan is for Toddlers and the toys and games are for ages 5 and under.

Sunday-Tuesday 5-7pm

Whether its a family reunion, field trip, party, business meeting or event, Iron Horse Skateway has your venue covered! 


Private Building Rental

 (must be at a non-open skate time)

  • Max of 200 people
  • $125 per hour
  • You can supply your own food (must pick up after yourselves)

*To add Concessions availability add $20

*skate rental is $3.00 per person Blades are $5/person

Birthday Policy

Let us know the birthday persons name, your phone number, first and last name.

There is a non refundable $50 fee for all cancelled or missed birthday parties or events.


Your party must be invoiced and paid in full before your day and time is confirmed and reserved.  If you decided not to proceed after receiving your invoice please let management know through an email as soon as possible. Dates and time can not be held without a payment. If you ask for time to think about it... You may lose your desired date and time!


We do NOT keep pizzas on hand for general sale in our concessions. If you book anything other than a Blue Pizza Party, you will not be able to order pizzas for your party. We special order pizza and will not have any on hand.


If you booked a private party...Please know before hand if your guests will be paying for their own rental skates/blade or if you are taking care of the bill. Nothing is more sad then having a child dropped of to attend your party and not know they were supposed to pay for their rentals.
